Treasures of Ukraine

We were delighted to have played a part in helping to design the layouts for Treasures of Ukraine, published by Thames & Hudson – a celebration of Ukraine’s rich cultural heritage and drawing on over 100 of the country’s most important works of art and architectural monuments from prehistory to the present.

All proceeds from the book go to PEN Ukraine to help Ukrainian authors in need. A proportion of the funds will be diverted to support museums in Ukraine that have sustained damage as a result of Russia’s barbaric bombardments, to assist them with construction efforts and to rebuild their collections. Established in 1989, PEN Ukraine is a Ukrainian NGO that works to protect freedom of speech and authors’ rights, promote literature, and build international cultural cooperation. PEN Ukraine belongs to the network of 146 centres of PEN International all over the world. Cover design: Tristan de Lancey.
